How to cancel

Contact contact@nurmahalboutique.com or +91 98157 60299 with your order number as soon as you wish to cancel. A request for a shipping quote does not create an order or a payment obligation.

Ready-made orders

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, please follow our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.

Custom stitching

You can cancel free of charge before cutting or stitching starts. Once that work starts, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Your statutory rights for faulty work, misdescription or other qualifying problems remain unaffected.

Refunds and boutique cancellations

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund payments received for the cancelled order. For approved cancellations that need no return, refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Payment-provider credit times may vary.

Refunds use the original payment method where available, or an agreed bank transfer or UPI method for cash payments. See our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy for details.
