Delivery estimate

Our stated delivery estimate is 1–10 days from placing an order. Requesting a quote is not placing an order. We confirm the expected delivery date with you before you commit to the order, including the schedule for any custom stitching.

International customs processing or other delivery disruptions can affect timing. Contact us if an order is delayed. This does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law.

Location-based shipping charges

Shipping is not a fixed amount: it depends on the delivery location. Request a quote from your shopping bag. We confirm shipping and the complete amount payable before you agree to place the order. The merchandise subtotal shown in the bag is not the final order total.

International orders

Ask us to confirm delivery availability, the shipping charge, payment arrangements and how any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be handled before placing an international order. A shipping quote should not be assumed to include destination customs charges unless expressly stated.
