Quotes and orders

Website prices are shown in Indian rupees. Shipping varies by location and is quoted separately. Some products require price confirmation. Requesting a quote or adding a product to your bag does not place an order.

Before you confirm an order, we agree the items, sizes, any tailoring specifications, delivery details, payment method and complete price with you. Please check those details carefully. Stock and any requested exchange are subject to availability.

Prices and payments

The bag shows a merchandise subtotal, not the final total payable. Shipping and any other applicable charges must be disclosed before you agree to the order. We do not take payment when you request a quote. Payment arrangements are confirmed with your quote; cash on delivery is subject to confirmation for your destination.

Tailoring

Please provide the measurements and specifications needed for your garment. Confirm these with us before cutting or stitching begins. Our cancellation and returns policies distinguish change-of-mind requests from faulty work or items that do not match what was agreed.
