Information we use

We receive the information you provide when creating an account, asking for a quote, placing an order or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, messages and tailoring requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes.

If you choose a third-party sign-in option, the sign-in provider supplies the account information needed to authenticate you. The website and Android app share Supabase account and order services.

Why we use it

We use information to manage accounts, respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and tailoring requests, provide support and protect the service. Contact us if you wish to stop optional promotional messages; this does not stop necessary messages about your order.

Service providers and messages

Supabase provides account and database services. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the website, and delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver an order. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

The shipping-quote link opens WhatsApp with the items and delivery location you enter. You review and send the message in WhatsApp. Contact and complaint email links open your email application; they do not submit a message themselves. These external services and any sign-in provider also apply their own privacy policies.

Browser storage

The website uses local storage to remember your shopping bag and sign-in session, and session storage to return you to the appropriate page after sign-in. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved bag or sign you out.

Retention and security

We use account authentication and access controls to restrict access to personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for the service and applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Contact us for information about retention of your records.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.

Signed-in customers can use the Account deletion page. Order or transaction records may be retained where needed; deletion does not necessarily erase all business records. If an order is being fulfilled, contact us for help completing deletion safely.
