Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Request a return

Email contact@nurmahalboutique.com or call +91 98157 60299 with your order number, item and reason for the request. Contact us before posting an item so we can provide the return instructions. Photos can help explain a problem; an unboxing video is not required.

Ready-made items: change of mind or size

Request a return or size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

For a change of mind or preferred size, you pay return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Any additional delivery charge for an exchange will be quoted for your agreement before proceeding.

Custom-stitched items

Items made to your agreed specifications cannot be returned just because you change your mind. This does not exclude a remedy where an item is faulty, incorrect or does not match the agreed description or specifications.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match what was agreed. We cover reasonable return postage and provide the appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required.

The 7-day change-of-mind window, original-tag conditions and custom-stitching restriction do not limit your statutory rights.

Refund method and timing

We initiate approved refunds within 7 business days after receiving and checking the returned item, or after approving a cancellation when no return is needed. The payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

Refunds use the original payment method where available. For cash-on-delivery orders, we agree a bank transfer or UPI refund with you. Never share your PIN, password or OTP to receive a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for defective, deficient, spurious or misdescribed goods or services and qualifying late delivery. The statutory force-majeure exception for late delivery applies where relevant.
